Beautiful deep shrimp pink colour in spring with foliage changing to green with some variegations or speckles of light tones. Growth is scarlet red late summer.
Ultimate height of 2-3m in 20 years.
The plant supplied is in a 1 litre pot and approximately 40-50cm from the top of the pot.
Please note you may not receive the exact plant in the photo but it will be of the same quality.
We recommend not repotting until late March 2027.
Repot into a 3 litre pot - anything bigger may result in the plant not surviving as they don't like to be over potted.
Use an ericaceous soil mixed with potting bark as they need a free draining medium.
Water well in the spring and summer and stop watering once the leaves have fallen off in the autumn - they will not tolerate sitting damp over the winter.
